This website was created for the members of the Association, to communicate information related to our neighborhood. You will find postings related to our neighborhood, HOA annual meeting minutes, HOA Board meeting minutes and notifications for upcoming meetings and other items of interest to our neighborhood. In February 2016 our Association entered into a contract with CMA Management, a long-established professional management company. Our members receive correspondence from CMA, regarding Annual Assessment billing and dues payment, delinquent account status and related action(s), as well as other services as part of a Financial Services Agreement. All other management of the Homeowner Association, including violations enforcement and Common Areas are handled by the elected Board of Directors.
